Your satisfaction is important to us. We want you to be satisfied with every item you purchase from elum. We will accept returns for 30 days from delivery date. If you wish to return or exchange an item for any reason, please contact us at 858.650.3586 and we will give you an RMA number. The item must be in its original packaging, in its original box and have the packing slip included for credit (retail orders do not require packing slip). The Customer is responsible for return shipping and insurance on returns except when defective or the incorrect products are sent. Refunds will be issued upon return of the product in good condition and should appear on your credit card statement within 7 to 14 days.
Clearance, Sale and Specials are not returnable. These are final sale items.
Credits will be credited to the credit card used for the purchase.
