Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after being placed, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Holiday Closure Notice
Please note that Elum is closed annually from December 24 through January 2.
- Orders placed between December 24 and January 2 will not be processed during this period.
- All orders placed during the closure will ship beginning January 5, in the order they are received.
We appreciate your patience during our holiday break and encourage customers to place orders early when possible.

Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are calculated from the ship date, not the order date, and do not include weekends or holidays.
